Objectives | (1) Develop capacity in the DRC for achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the already-specified national or local MNCH policy goals. (2) Support Chinese partner agencies in developing their capacity to deliver health aid programs in selected African countries where the Chinese counterparts have a comparative advantage. (3) Support the development of long-term South‒South exchange mechanisms between China and selected African countries. | |
